Return Policy

- Zaf does not accept exchanges on Earrings or Necklaces due to hygiene reasons.
- Zaf does accept exchanges on incorrect sizing and change of mind on Bangles, Bracelets and Rings in which the customer must send the piece back (at the expense of the customer) in its original condition with original packaging, unopened and without fault. It is advised you send back the item via tracked delivery as we are not liable for any items lost by the mail carrier.
- Customers must lodge an exchange request to our email, Zaf.auinfo@gmail.com, within 7 days of arrival with our exchange form.
- If exchange is approved, customer must lodge within 5 days of approval and cover all shipping costs.
- If Zaf receives a damaged/late/worn return, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
- All approved exchanges will be shipped out between 2-4 business days.

- Zaf does not accept refunds on Earrings due to Hygiene reasons.
- Change of mind refunds are accepted for a Credit Note valid for 1 year. Customers must email us at Zaf.auinfo@gmail.com within 7 days of arrival.
- Any return requests lodged after 7 days will NOT be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. By purchasing from Zaf The Label, you accept and agree these terms and service.
