• Zaf does not accept exchanges on Earrings or Necklaces due to hygiene reasons.
  • Zaf does accept exchanges on incorrect sizing and change of mind on Bangles, Bracelets and Rings in which the customer must send the piece back (at the expense of the customer) in its original condition with original packaging, unopened and without fault. It is advised you send back the item via tracked delivery as we are not liable for any items lost by the mail carrier.
  • Customers must lodge an exchange request to our email, Zaf.auinfo@gmail.com, within 7 days of arrival with our exchange form.
  • If exchange is approved, customer must lodge within 5 days of approval and cover all shipping costs.
  • If Zaf receives a damaged/late/worn return, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • All approved exchanges will be shipped out between 2-4 business days.

  • Zaf does not accept refunds on Earrings due to Hygiene reasons.
  • Change of mind refunds are accepted for a Credit Note valid for 1 year. Customers must email us at Zaf.auinfo@gmail.com within 7 days of arrival.
  • Any return requests lodged after 7 days will NOT be accepted.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging with ribbons, micro-fibre cloth, boxes, pouches and tissue paper
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged through normal wear, misuse, improper storage, or accidental damage

Return Process

Once approved:

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  2. Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit
  3. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–7 business days for inspection and processing
  • Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Excessive Returns

To protect against misuse of our policy, we reserve the right to decline returns or refunds that show signs of abuse, excessive return activity, worn items, or fraudulent behaviour.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated before contacting our support team, your Money Back Guarantee claim may become ineligible while the payment dispute is under review.
